Utility Billing Rates
In June 2024, an ordinance was passed to adjust utility rates over a three-year period. This is effective with the bills due October 15, 2024. Please visit the Combined Utilities Rate section of this website for more information.
Transfer Station Project Update
As of 8/22/24:
Work on the new Paris Solid Waste and Recycling Convenience Center continues. It is anticipated the building will be delivered in the next few weeks and begin to be erected.
EPA is reviewing the plans for Phase II and Field Work is anticipated to begin this fall.
