Agendas and Minutes

City Commission meetings are held at City Hall located at 525 High Street; in the commission chambers. Regular scheduled meetings are at 9:00 a.m. on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month, meetings are open to the public.

The agenda is used as an official working guide from which the Commission conducts its meetings. The agenda, which is prepared by the City Clerk in consultation with the City Manager, includes current legislative and policy issues which must be reviewed by the Commission.

Members who wish to address the Commission must make a request to be placed on the agenda. While items are usually placed on the agenda at the request of the Commission or staff members, citizens who would like the Council to review a particular item should send a formal written request to the City Manager, 525 High Street, Paris, KY 40361. The item will be reviewed to determine whether it should be handled administratively, referred to a board or commission, or added to an upcoming City Commission agenda.
