How to Pay
Online
Pay online through the City’s Arista Bill Pay site. Opens an outside website in a new tab.
Pay Property Tax Online →In Person
In person at City Hall. The Property Tax Office is on the first floor at 525 High Street, open 8:00 AM–4:30 PM. Cash, checks, or money orders are accepted.
Drop Box
24 Hour curbside payment drop off box at City Hall, 525 High Street, Paris, KY 40361.
By Mail
Send payments to: The City of Paris, ATTN: Tax & Licensing, 525 High Street, Paris, KY 40361. Enclose a check or money order payable to "The City of Paris" along with the remittance copy of your tax bill. If you can't enclose a bill copy, write the tax bill number and property address on your check or money order.

FY 2026–2027, per Ordinances 2026-10, 2026-11, 2026-12, and 2026-13, signed by Mayor John A. Plummer and attested by City Clerk Stephanie Settles, enacted at the City Commission's meetings of August 25 and September 11, 2026.

Early-Payment Discount
2% discount if paid by November 30, 2026 (Ordinance 2026-13).
Payment Deadline
All taxes not paid by 4:30 P.M. on December 30, 2026 are subject to penalty.
Taxes paid on or after December 31 have a 10% penalty. After that, 1% interest is applied on the 15th of each month.
