Why Your Bill May Be Higher

  • Compare your usage. Check the kWh and gallons on this bill against your previous bills.
  • Check for leaks. Look at toilets, faucets, and pipes. If you find a leak, have it fixed as soon as possible.
  • Remember the Power Cost Adjustment. It changes with wholesale fuel and power costs, so the Adjustment line on your bill can change even when your usage doesn’t.
  • Contact Utility Billing. Call (859) 987-2110 or email customer@paris.ky.gov, Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
