Office of the City Manager

Welcome Message

Welcome to the City of Paris!

Whether you have called Paris home for years, are new to our community, are opening a business here, or are visiting for the first time, I am glad you are here.

As City Manager, I am honored to serve alongside the dedicated employees of the City of Paris who work each day to serve our residents and help make our community a great place to live, work, and play. Our goal is to provide reliable city services, care for our public spaces, and make thoughtful decisions that support the future of our community.

I encourage you to explore all that Paris and Bourbon County have to offer, get involved in community events, and take advantage of the many resources available to you. This website is a great place to find information about City services, upcoming meetings, events, and ways to stay connected and involved.

We pride ourselves on history, horses, and hospitality. Most importantly, we pride ourselves on the people who make Paris such a special place.

Thank you for being a part of our community. If you have a question, concern, or idea to share, please reach out. Hearing from you helps us to better serve Paris.

— Matt Belcher, City Manager
