Records Custodian
The City Clerk is the City of Paris's official records custodian. Under the Kentucky Open Records Act, KRS 61.870 – 61.884, the Clerk accepts Open Records Requests and provides the requested information as permitted by law.
How to Request Records
- Complete the open records request form.
- Mail, fax, or email the completed form to the City Clerk at City Hall, 525 High Street; fax to (859) 987-4640; or email the signed form to ssettles@paris.ky.gov.
- You will receive notification on the status of your open records request within 5 business days.
