Billing & Payment Policy
Bill Due Dates
Due by the 15th
All payments are due by the 15th of the month at the close of business. Penalties are added to the balance after the close of business on the 15th. If the 15th falls on a weekend, payment must be placed in the drop box for receipt by Monday before 8:00 A.M.
Termination of Service for Non-Payment
Pay in full by the 26th
Payment in full must be received by the 26th of the month at the close of business. If unpaid, a $30 reconnection fee will be applied, and post-marked mail is subject to an additional fee. If the 26th falls on a weekend, payment must be placed in the drop box for receipt by Monday before 8:00 A.M. To have service restored the same day, the full balance plus the $30 reconnection fee must be received before 4:00 P.M. — payments made after 4:00 P.M. are restored the next business day.
