The purpose of this system is to ensure that lien holders with a financial interest in a property are informed of violations so they may:<\/p>\n    <ul style=\"font-size:16px;line-height:1.8;margin:0 0 12px;padding-left:20px;\">\n      <li>Correct the violation, or<\/li>\n      <li>Pay the associated civil fines, fees, and abatement costs before a lien is filed against the property.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n    <p style=\"font-size:15px;line-height:1.6;margin:0;color:#555;\">This system is established in accordance with the Local Government Code Enforcement Board Act, <a href=\"https:\/\/apps.legislature.ky.gov\/law\/statutes\/statute.aspx?id=23535\" style=\"color:#14213d;font-weight:600;text-decoration:underline;\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">KRS 65.8801 to 65.8839<\/a>, and the City of Paris Code of Ordinances <a href=\"https:\/\/codelibrary.amlegal.com\/codes\/parisky\/latest\/paris_ky\/0-0-0-28294#JD_22.612\" style=\"color:#14213d;font-weight:600;text-decoration:underline;\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Section 22.612<\/a>.<\/p>\n  <\/div>\n\n  <div style=\"margin-bottom:36px;\">\n    <h2 style=\"font-family:Besley,serif;font-size:20px;color:#14213d;margin:0 0 10px;\">Registration<\/h2>\n    <p style=\"font-size:16px;line-height:1.6;margin:0 0 14px;\">You may register as an individual or as an entity. The registrant is responsible for maintaining and updating their contact information.
